You will find yoga, breathwork, and intentional rest, connection with like-minded women (think less small talk, more real talk), locations that feel like the reset button your nervous system’s been begging for, and time to remember who you are—beyond the to-do list.

Why Should I go on a Yoga Retreat?

Sample Retreat Day

  • Wake up to fresh air, birdsong, and a warm cup of something soul-soothing. Ease into your morning with gentle yoga, breathwork, and time to journal, wander, or simply be.

  • After a nourishing brunch made with fresh, local ingredients, the day is yours—hike, nap, read, get a massage, or join an optional playful workshop like movement, art, or cacao magic. Every moment is an invitation to slow down and savor.

  • As the sun sets, we’ll gather for restorative yoga or meditation, followed by a cozy communal dinner filled with laughter and connection. End your day stargazing or around the fire, drifting to sleep feeling nourished, grounded, and at peace.

Retreat FAQs

  • Fear not! There is a wide spectrum of experience on my retreats, with many of the attendees at the beginning of their yoga journey.  I offer poses that can be adopted to your comfort level. I provide a space where you are welcome to take whatever works for you and leave the rest.

  • There will be 1-2 yoga classes a day. Both more active and restorative classes will be offered. I offer vinyasa (power and slow flow styles), yin and restorative yoga classes. The classes will be tailored to each group's unique interests, injuries and energy level.

  • Yes. In general I collect a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and then can collect the rest of the payment at once or in installments. Reach out to me if you prefer installments and we can set up an option that works for you.
